For exchanges please:
- Return goods in new unworn condition with presentation of original receipt within 30 days; and
- Enclose a pre-paid post satchel so we can send your replacement boots to your address.
We will assess sold products for manufacturing faults.
If a minor fault is established we will repair the product.
If we are unable to repair the product or a major fault is established the consumer may elect to replace the product with a new product of the exact same value or receive a refund.
Proof of Purchase
To exercise your rights to a repair, replacement or refund you will need to keep the receipt or other type of proof of purchase. Sometimes you may need to provide more than one of these things to support your claim – for example, when a credit card statement does not clearly itemise the product.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind.
