Returns & Exchanges
If the boots do not fit as expected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will provide you with a returns form which MUST be sent along with the boots. All Ugg boots returned for an exchange MUST NOT BE WORN and sent back in the original condition they were received. All items sent back to us are sent at your own expense. We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping, as we will not be responsible for any lost parcels. For overseas orders this process can take up to 30 days.
We will consider sold products being reassessed for a manufacturing fault within 60 days of your purchase.
If the product is deemed to be faulty or defective we will attempt to repair the product. If a major fault is established then we may replace it with a new product of exactly the same style, colour and size.
We do not provide refunds.
If you need to cancel your order you need to contact us within 24 Hours from the time you placed the order by visiting our Customer Service page and notify us through this mean of communication. If the order has been processed we will refund your original payment method less $15 AUD cancellation fee for the administration cost involved in reversing your order. If the order has already been dispatched you will need to send the boots back (at your expense) and will be subject to an 18% Cancellation charge.
As all boots are made from a natural material please note slight colour variations within our images on our website may occur.
