Returns & Exchanges
If the boots do not fit as expected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will provide you with a returns form which MUST be sent along with the boots. All Ugg boots returned for an exchange MUST NOT BE WORN and sent back in the original condition they were received. All items sent back to us are sent at your own expense. We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping, as we will not be responsible for any lost parcels. For overseas orders this process can take up to 30 days.
A refund will only be granted if the goods contain a manufacturing fault upon delivery or are not as ordered*. All Ugg boots returned MUST NOT BE WORN and sent back in the original condition they were received. We will not be responsible for any goods sent back to us without instructions or a return address.Please take time to ensure you have ordered correctly. You can do this by using our size chart that can be found on our website.
*Claims of trying other brands in store or already owning a certain size does not does constitute for wrong size been sent. Please contact us via e-mail prior to your purchase if you have any doubts or queries.
If you need to cancel your order you need to contact us within 24 Hours from the time you placed the order by visiting our Customer Service page and notify us through this mean of communication. If the order has been processed we will refund your original payment method less $15 AUD cancellation fee for the administration cost involved in reversing your order. If the order has already been dispatched you will need to send the boots back (at your expense) and will be subject to an 18% Cancellation charge.
As all boots are made from a natural material please note slight colour variations within our images on our website may occur.
