Returns & Exchanges
If the boots do not fit as expected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will provide you with a returns form which MUST be sent along with the boots. All Ugg boots returned for an exchange MUST NOT BE WORN and sent back in the original condition they were received. All items sent back to us are sent at your own expense. We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping, as we will not be responsible for any lost parcels.
We will consider sold products being reassessed for a manufacturing fault within 60 days of your purchase.
If the product is deemed to be faulty or defective we will attempt to repair the product. If a major fault is established then we may replace it with a new product of exactly the same style, colour and size.
We do not provide refunds.
If you need to cancel your order, you need to contact us within 24 Hours from the time you placed the order by emailing us at email@example.com
