Exchange Policy
If the boots do not fit as expected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will provide you with a returns form which MUST be sent along with the boots. All Ugg boots returned for an exchange MUST NOT BE WORN and sent back in the original condition they were received. All items sent back to us are sent at your own expense. We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping, as we will not be responsible for any lost parcels. For overseas orders this process can take up to 30 days.

Returns Policy
Refund will only be offered if the goods contain a manufacturing fault upon delivery or are not as ordered.

Please note that as the boots are hand made using raw and natural materials variations natural variations will occur. Each boot is unique with natural contours and characteristics.
