All Ugg boots returned for an exchange MUST NOT BE WORN and sent back in the original condition they were received. All items sent back to us are sent at your own expense. We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping, as we will not be responsible for any lost parcels. For overseas orders this process can take up to 30 days.
